As OMEGA NONWOVEN, we regard information security as a critical value for our company’s sustainable success, customer satisfaction, and corporate reputation. To this end, we have established an Information Security Management System (ISMS) and continuously improve it in line with the ISO/IEC 27001 standard and KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law) requirements. Accordingly, we:
- Create an inventory of all information assets, determine their value and security needs, and implement effective protection methods against risks those assets may face,
- Regularly analyze threats, vulnerabilities, and likelihoods regarding assets, and develop methods to bring risks under control,
- Keep information security risks up to date and under continuous monitoring, taking into account technological innovations and sector expectations,
- Ensure compliance with all applicable national and international legislation—particularly KVKK—standards, and contractual obligations,
- Minimize factors that threaten service continuity and support a culture of uninterrupted operation,
- Operate rapid response and effective remediation mechanisms against potential information security incidents,
- Establish the necessary control infrastructure to maintain and enhance our level of information security,
- Take preventive measures against potential adverse impacts arising from information security risks in order to protect our company’s reputation and stakeholder trust,
- Regularly conduct training, awareness, and communication activities to increase our employees’ information security awareness,
- Measure the effectiveness of the Information Security Management System, review it, and keep our policy up to date at regular intervals—we commit to all of the above.
