Our foundations were laid in 1999 with the establishment of Ateşsönmez Kimya. Our commitment to reliable production and strong business discipline has guided us at every stage of our journey—from chemicals to carpets, and from carpets to nonwovens. This foundation grew with the planning, quality management, and operational efficiency experience gained at Regnum Carpet, feeding the sustainable production model of Omega.
Ateşsönmez Kimya, a significant milestone in our group journey, reinforced our experience in quality assurance and all operational areas. These gains combined with our existing know-how and were carried into the spunlace nonwoven field, leading to the establishment of Omega Nonwoven Inc. on September 3, 2020.
Built on a land area of 40,000 m2 and featuring 32,000 m2 of indoor space, Omega Nonwoven focuses on spunlace nonwoven production centered on hygiene and reliability. From raw material selection to processing, from production parameters to quality controls, all stages are carried out with defined criteria, data-driven methods, and documented procedures. Thus, the same standard in every roll and the same confidence in every production are ensured.
The journey that began with Ateşsönmez Kimya continues at Regnum Carpet and Omega Nonwoven with the same culture, the same operation model, and the same quality understanding.
